You Are the Integration Layer: Where AI Actually Belongs in an Independent Search Firm
Dec 03, 2026 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Independent search firms rely on a combination of ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, spreadsheets, email, and trade-partner relationships to deliver successful searches. As firms grow, the challenge is not simply finding better technology—it is connecting fragmented workflows, reducing repetitive work, and making the firm’s collective knowledge more reusable without losing the personal judgment and relationships that set independent recruiters apart.
In this practical, educational session, Malavika Aditya, Co-Founder & COO of SenAI Solutions, will introduce a four-layer framework for understanding where AI can add value across the search process: candidate discovery, evaluation, access, and trust. Through a practical walkthrough of an executive search workflow, participants will explore what to automate, where AI can support better-informed decisions, and why candidate relationships and professional judgment should remain firmly in human hands. Attendees will leave with four practical questions to use when evaluating any AI solution, helping them make more informed technology decisions while protecting their reputation, client relationships, and competitive advantage.
