Happy to help! Awards are calculated on a calendar-year basis (January 1 - December 31) and reflect cash-in payments. So if you are waiting on client payment, or have sent a brokerage check in the mail, these will not count toward your year-end production total *unless* the payment is received by NPAworldwide before the end of the year.
