Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete this year’s member survey. The feedback was honest, thoughtful, and very helpful.

Here’s the big picture: the foundation of NPAworldwide is strong.

Over and over, you told us the same things.

You value the ability to stay independent while operating globally. Being able to call on specialists in other regions, serve clients outside your backyard, and look bigger than your internal headcount — that matters. For many of you, that’s a real differentiator.

Revenue is still at the center of it. Split placements, access to more job orders and candidates, and the ability to grow without adding fixed overhead are core reasons you joined — and stayed. Especially in a couple of economically challenging years, that support and flexibility has made a difference.

And then there’s the community. Like-minded business owners. People who understand this business. Relationships built over time. That continues to be one of our greatest strengths.

Now, where do we need to tighten up? You were clear there, too.

A few inconsistent partner experiences can have an outsized impact. Communication gaps, incomplete job details, and varying levels of recruiting capability can chip away at trust — and trust is everything in a split network.

Marketplace usability also came up. Several of you feel the tech should better reflect the quality of the network behind it. (We agree, so stay tuned for more details on that front.)

None of this is alarming or surprising, but it is clarifying.

The model works and the value is real. But execution and consistency matter. We have to protect the quality of who’s in the room and continue improving the tools that support you.

That’s our focus moving forward and our commitment to you.

I appreciate the candor. We don’t get better by assuming everything is fine. We get better by listening, adjusting, and raising the bar — together.

Thank you for being part of it.
