Dear Nicky,

I have hired a new recruiter and need to add her to Marketplace BUT I don't see the "Add a Recruiter" page anymore. Where do I do that?

Dear Hiring,

Thanks for writing! Things have changed with the rollout of the new NPA Central website in August. The process for adding new recruiters looks like this now:

  1. The firm's primary contact (usually the owner, but not always) will add new recruiters directly to NPA Central. To do this, log in to NPA Central and follow these steps:

    1. Select View Company Profile

    2. Click the Add Employee button in the upper right corner of the screen

    3. Fill out the brief form and click Submit

  2. This will send an email to the new recruiter, who will need to take the following actions:

    1. Complete the profile fields as indicated

    2. Accept the Terms & Conditions for using NPAworldwide websites

    3. Take (and pass) the Ethics Quiz

  3. When the new recruiter passes the Ethics Quiz, we will add her to Marketplace and send a welcome email

This new process ensures that every new recruiter understands the rules for working within NPAworldwide before getting access to other members' candidates and jobs. As an owner, you can help by ensuring that all new hires are trained on the NPAworldwide rules and obligations before they take the quiz.
