Whenever I am working or considering the possibility of working an affiliate’s open job, I post those jobs on my networks and advertising channels. Is that a good practice?

It is permissible to advertise an affiliate’s job ONLY IF IT STATES OK TO ADVERTISE. If it does not, you could cost your partner a client relationship or worse, a legal battle with an employer. Many searches are done to replace a candidate in the existing role. If the existing employee sees their position posted, you have created a real mess and perhaps worse. Please check the shared job for the “permission to advertise” field. It is never a bad idea to check with an affiliate to make sure the job is still actively open and they would like your assistance before spending time advertising or seeking candidates.
