Members are required to have explicit permission from their partners before advertising their partners' jobs ANYWHERE (including on your own website).

If you receive a job from your partner, you must adhere to the instructions supplied by your partner in the Permission to Advertise field, specifically:

  • YES means you are free to advertise the position as you wish. HOWEVER, you are obligated to ensure that neither the posting member nor their client can be identified before you do anything.
  • NO means no. Do not post the position anywhere, including your own website or email blasts to your candidate database.
  • NO, Contact Recruiter - Call your trading partner to discuss potential advertising locations. Some will tell you no because they are already paying for advertising and don't want to 'double-dip'. Some will say yes, but only in certain places. Work cooperatively with your partner.

NOTE: The Permission to Advertise selection is NOT displayed in Alert emails. You MUST click the "click here" link in the email to access the position on NPAmarketplace. The Permission to Advertise field is located on the Posting Details area at the BOTTOM of the job.

If you advertise a partner's job (original or modified version) and you do not have EXPRESS PERMISSION to do so, it is a violation of NPAworldwide policies and can subject you to disciplinary action, including expulsion.
