NPAworldwide is working to refine our processes to eliminate non-value added work by staff and those we impact. Beginning in April, we will modernize our process for dues collection to mirror the best practices used by companies like Google, Apple and Microsoft.

Rather than providing an email with an invoice, then charging your credit card and providing a receipt, we will eliminate the non-value step of providing and invoice. This change will greatly reduce processing and matching work done for no valuable purpose. This is being implemented first for US members (US MEMBERS ONLY). Going forward, monthly dues will be charged on or near the 15th of each month and the appropriate sales receipt will be issued once the payment has been processed successfully.
