There has been an uptick in support activity from members who are experiencing confusion in the Jobs module on NPAmarketplace. The Jobs module includes separate listings for All Jobs and Active Jobs, with All Jobs being the default view.
All Jobs will include your own jobs as well as jobs that are no longer open. Please be sure to use Active Jobs when you are looking for jobs that are suitable for your candidates, or if you want to offer assistance to a partner. You can make this the default view by clicking the 3 dots (kebab icon) to the left of the module name. If you need to know if a job has been taken off the market, use the All Jobs view to find the job. The job status is displayed below the job title on the job details screen.
