One of the many great privileges of being the Chairman of NPAworldwide is to be able to honour the contributions of our members. The greatest honour in our network is the Annual Chairman's Award.

The Chairman’s Award, established in 1996, recognizes an NPA owner, manager, recruiter, or staff member, whose contributions and service to NPA represent a substantial and lasting benefit.  At our recent meeting of the Board of Directors, a secret ballot was held and a winner declared and I am delighted to announce that Jeff McGraw of Reflex Staffing is our 2021 Chairman's Award winner. As a long term volunteer both on the Board and as Chairman, Jeff has been a passionate and dedicated volunteer in our network and this honour is well-deserved. While sadly due to the pandemic we are unable to honour Jeff in person at our usual Chairman's Award lunch, we will have a celebration during the virtual annual meeting.

It is also an honour to announce this year's Community Service Award winner. This award was commenced last year at the suggestion of our Secretary/Treasurer Jim Lyons of LHI Executive. This award recognises community service and volunteerism of members outside of NPAworldwide activities to their local communities. To determine the recipient, Jim headed a committee including last year's inaugural winner Jon Davis of Perfect Fit and former director Scott King of King's Resources. I am pleased to announce that Simone Allan of Mondo Search in Sydney Australia is the winner of the 2021 Community Service Award. Simone has been actively involved in setting up  The Women's Resilience Centre- a medium-term accommodation service for women and their children who have suffered domestic abuse. NPAworldwide will be donating USD $1000 to this worthwhile charity. If you would like more details of this project please click here.

There were many other worthwhile nominees and thank you for all those who have made contributions. Once again, congratulations to Jeff and Simone.
