Voting materials, including proxies, will be distributed to the owners of all voting memberships in the next few days. Please keep this important email, as you will need the voting credentials to submit your proxy OR to vote during the live Annual Meeting.
The Annual Meeting will be held at 7PM US ET on Thursday, March 3, 2022. If you are unable to attend the live event, submit your proxy in advance of the deadline to ensure your vote is counted. As the Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom, we will be using an online election platform to conduct the voting during that session. You will not able to access the election software without your voter credentials, so please ensure that you keep this information somewhere you can easily retrieve it. Once the election is underway, it will not be possible to provide login assistance to members.
