I like the movie Roadhouse with Patrick Swayze. OK, I admit I watched because I had a crush on Sam Elliot. There is a part in the movie where he tells the staff to be nice, even if someone gets in your face, be nice, if you need to walk them out be nice, remember it is a job nothing personal.. here is the clip for those who have not seen it
So, what does this have to do with recruiting you might ask? I think sometimes we get busy or frustrated and forget to be nice to our NPA partners. We have over one thousand personalities in NPA and we are not all going to see eye to eye but we can ALWAYS be nice and respectful to our partners.
