A few members have contacted us asking about Boolean search options on NPAmarketplace. Boolean searches are fully supported.
For candidate searches, go to Search>Candidate Search and use the Keywords field for your Boolean searches. This field searches the Job Title, Skills, and Resume fields.
For job searches, go to Search>Job Search and use the Skills field for your Boolean searches. This field searches the Primary Skills and the Secondary Skills fields.
For recruiter searches, go to Search>Recruiter Search and use the Keywords field for your Boolean searches. This field searches the Description, Primary Specialties, and Secondary Specialties fields.
There is reminder search on the Keywords fields for Recruiter and Candidate searches to remind you what fields are included in a search.
