We talk to a lot of members lately that say they are busy, busy, busy. Guessing that is a good thing? We all want to be busy for sure, but make sure you are also being productive. If you are sending candidates to your trading partners and not posting them as well, you are missing opportunities. If you are recruiting in the accounting space, are you looking for similar jobs that may be a fit?

Your candidate may not fit Member XXX’s job but there may be others out there.

So, the best advice we can give is GET YOUR CANDIDATES POSTED!!! We are in a candidate short market, so they are in high demand and short supply. Not all importers (jobs) post their jobs, so exporters might be missing out on opportunities by not having visibility.
