Dear Nicky,

I have been trying repeatedly to log in to NPA Central and my login is just not working. I know I am using the correct user name and password, but it just doesn't work. I'm so frustrated - help!

Dear LOLO,

I'm sorry you're frustrated! NPA Central requires you to verify your identity after you have too many failed login attempts. You can see this on the login screen here (top area outlined in red):

Depending on your monitor settings, you may need to scroll to the bottom of your screen to see the FULL verification mechanism, which requires you to:

  1. Enter your user name and password
  2. Check the box that says I'm not a robot, (bottom area outlined in red above) and
  3. Follow the instructions to select the appropriate picture from the grid BELOW the I'm not a robot field. DO NOT STOP until you don't see any more matching pictures - you may go through 3 or 4 screens before this process is completed.
  4. Click Submit / Login when you have completed steps 1-3
