Kerry Crockett, President & COO
Kerry leads our talented staff with vision and integrity, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. She guides the organization with a steady hand and unwavering focus on NPAworldwide’s mission and future.
Marcia Bateman, Member Engagement Specialist
Marcia has been a cornerstone of member engagement for her entire tenure—long before we even used that term. Affectionately known as “1-800-Marcia,” she has always been the first to answer, connect members, and solve problems with kindness and expertise. We’ve celebrated her retirement over the past few weeks, but saying goodbye is never easy. Marcia, you’ve made an indelible mark on this organization, and we will miss you deeply!
Veronica Blatt, Director of Corporate Communications
Veronica is the voice and creative force behind our communications, marketing, and event strategies. She ensures that everything we share is clear, consistent, and true to our mission. Her ability to bring ideas to life—often juggling special requests and complex global logistics—is nothing short of amazing.
Liz Carey, Director of Technology & Member Engagement Specialist
Liz keeps our systems running efficiently and securely, making sure members have the tools they need to succeed. She plays a key role on the Technology Committee and the Blue Sky Technology Committee while also serving as a Member Engagement Specialist. Always quick to respond and ready to help, Liz brings both technical expertise and warmth to every interaction.
Kristen Davie, Operations Manager – Asia Pacific and Business Development
Kristen wears many hats, balancing business development, operations, member engagement, and event management across the Asia Pacific region. Her professionalism and grace shine through as she helps connect cultures and strengthen relationships worldwide, most recently at the PowerUp Asia event in September, and the upcoming Power Up Australia + New Zealand meeting next week.
Kelsea Dodd, Manager of Operations and Engagement
Kelsea brings unmatched energy, organization, and attention to detail to everything she does. She oversees daily operations and serves as the backbone of our engagement efforts, ensuring members are supported and connected. Her hard work and leadership make a global impact every single day.
Sarah Freiburger, Director of Membership/Business Development
Sarah leads our Business Development Team with creativity and drive, recruiting new member firms and expanding NPAworldwide’s global reach. She continues to strengthen partnerships and attract the kind of quality firms that make our network stronger—often with the help of referrals from our own members.
