Many of our members' jobs are no longer visible because they have expired due to a passed target date. When you are adding a job into NPAmarketplace, you will see a field called Target Date – this is the target date that the client would like the role filled by.
BUT, keep in mind, if you put a date in that field, your job will expire once that date passes. Once your job expires, it is inactive and your partners won’t see it in searches anymore.
The Target Date field is not required, so you can leave it blank and then just take down the job once it’s filled or closed.
If your jobs have expired and you want them to remain active, you can edit them to remove the target date, but you will also have to edit the Status from Target Date Expired to Active.
