NPA is saddened to inform members that Gary Eastwood of SBSolutions, Inc. (formerly Beck/Eastwood Recruitment Solutions) in Valencia, CA passed away unexpectedly in his home Thursday, August 19, 2021 due to natural causes. Gary was a longtime active NPA member (since 1988), former board member, and SalesNet chair along with many other volunteer positions throughout the years. He will be greatly missed.
His partner, Steven Beck wrote: "Gary loved NPA and the relationships he’d established with many of you throughout the years. He was a big part of SBS’s growth and development and was my business sounding board. Gary made a significant investment of his time and passion to NPA as SalesNet Chair and board member. His insights helped to guide NPA in a number of matters as the business transformed from analog to digital. A few sentences can’t really describe the impact he’s made on the recruiting business and the lives of those around him. Gary was our primary link to NPA and an active daily exporter / partner on many of your toughest assignments. He will be missed. I hope to continue his legacy within NPA. I lost a brother, best friend, musical collaborator and business partner of 36 years in a blink of an eye. Gary was an ardent supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project and the Alzheimer’s Association and contributions in memory of Gary may be made to either charity."
