Paula worked for more than 60 years in the IT contract and full-time staffing business operating a technology- focused company as a female entrepreneur and trail blazer for women in technology. She built and maintained strong relationships across the state of NC as a member of the NC Technology Association (formerly NCEITA, now NC Tech). Paula was a strong advocate of partnerships and split business and has been an owner/ partner with NPA more than 20 years.
