In one of the recent breakout sessions at our annual conference, we were treated to a fun pop quiz on NPA policies, procedures, practices. Several of the questions involved real-life issues that have arisen amongst our membership. This was a fun exercise!

Some attendees had a good grasp of the “rules and obligations” of working within our network, while others didn’t. I suspect this microcosm of meeting-goers could be representative of the entire membership. Let’s face it, we live in a world where confusion and disagreements are going to happen, and the answers aren’t always crystal clear.
