Members of the Board of Directors are currently organizing three substantial initiatives for 2021 designed to empower our members and encourage engagement within the NPAworldwide network.
- Jim Lyons will be spearheading “Owner Roundtable” discussion groups.
- Pam Robison and the Member Engagement Team will be organizing regular meetings targeted towards Member Success, focusing on working successfully in the NPAworldwide network.
- Laura LaBine will be driving a Professional Development Initiative. This will focus on best practices and professional development concepts in the recruiting industry, not NPAworldwide business.
Each of these initiatives are being developed right now with an anticipated kick-off in January. We’re pretty excited about these opportunities to engage with our membership!
