I am deeply honored to begin my tenure as Chairman. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our Immediate Past Chair, Jim Lyons, for his unwavering support and guidance. His insights will undoubtedly be a beacon for us as we transition into this period of transformation.

To our outgoing directors — Carola Chard, Roman Duty, and Tim Lane — our gratitude for your passionate commitment cannot be overstated. Your contributions have helped shape who we are today, a vibrant community committed to excellence.

In the spirit of renewal and continued success, a warm welcome is extended to our newly-elected directors — Jenn Anderson, Melanie Johnson, and Parvathy Krishnan. Your readiness to serve and drive our mission forward is an inspiration to us all. The role you assume is pivotal, and I am confident that your energy will invigorate our path toward our collective aspirations.

We stand at the cusp of a significant change in leadership, and it is with mixed emotions that we prepare to bid farewell to Dave Nerz upon his retirement in June. For more than 18 years, Dave has been the steadfast pillar of NPAworldwide. His profound connection with our members transcends mere professional affiliation; it embodies a personal and deep bond that has cultivated our unique culture of community and solidarity.

Looking ahead, I am thrilled at the prospect of working closely with our President, Kerry Crockett. Kerry's seasoned expertise and enthusiasm for our membership are palpable, and I eagerly anticipate the dynamism she will bring to her new role.

In this fresh chapter, my commitment lies in upholding our distinguished tradition of distinction while charting new frontiers for innovation and flexibility in our approach. Change can be a catalyst for growth, and it is with an inspired heart and focused intent that we will meet it head-on.

With immense appreciation and anticipation for what lies ahead,

Pam Robison

Chairman
