If you are looking for trading partners to supply candidates for your open position(s), it's natural to look at the candidate database to see who has candidates. But you may have good luck searching the job database, too. Here's why:

First, most NPAworldwide job recruiters ALSO have a candidate database. If you're looking for a Python developer, it stands to reason that members who regularly post Python developer jobs have some of those candidates in their own databases. They may have "leftover" candidates from a recent role as well.

Another idea is to look at the Views that other members have received on their jobs. The people who are viewing the jobs are likely members who believe they have candidates that would be suitable matches for those jobs, so this is another way for you to identify potential candidate exporters who are actively engaging in NPA splits and interested in working roles that are similar to yours.
