Adam Pantelli (NPA #8661) of AJ Search in London, England, has made the firm’s first NPA split placement. Adam provided a Senior Project Manager in the Business Services Industry to Robbye Jones (NPA #5005) of Jane Roberts Consulting LLC in Houston, TX, USA.
Since this split, he has made another, for a Corporate Controller with Kevin Hicks (NPA #4073) of SME&U!
Robbye explained that Marcia Bateman, of NPAworldwide's Member Engagement Team, sent her an email that Adam was new to NPA and she knew he'd sent a candidate to review for her role posted to Marketplace.
"I quickly reviewed the candidate Adam sent and found him to be qualified, well screened with great notes," Robbye said. "I quickly set up my own phone screen with candidate and presented to our client. I was able to move the candidate quickly through their pipeline from interview to offer/acceptance. I have to say on our side we had a great client to work with as well."
