Congratulations to Lyndsey Keener of AMS Practice Managements (#1417) on making her firm's first split placement with Lane Gerritsen of Alchemy Professional Services, Inc. (#6088). The pair collaborated to place an HR director with Lane's client in California.
Lyndsey shared some insight about the placement: "Upon engaging in the NPAworldwide system, I searched for positions within my industry wheelhouse of human resources. I came across Lane’s opening for an HR Leader and after reading the requirements and role responsibilities, I felt confident in my abilities as a recruiter to be able to effectively work on the role. I reached out to Lane who had a quick and respectable turnaround time in getting back to me. We scheduled time to connect to not only learn more about the role but also about each other’s firm’s and recruitment backgrounds. I quickly got started on the role and within several days, had sent Lane a handful of qualified candidates. Lane worked diligently on his side to do follow up interviews and get the candidates in front of the client and it resulted in a candidate receiving an offer. We had a 16 day turnaround on our collaboration from the intake call to the offer to fill this role. Lane and Alchemy Professional Services have proven to be a true partner in the recruitment game and I am excited to continue this relationship to see what else we can accomplish together!

By the end of the week, she had 5 candidates in my inbox (resumes as well as interview notes for each) - they all had super relevant experience!
