Angela Banks (NPA #2122) of Adilstone Group in Atlanta, GA, USA, has made the firm’s first split placement with Jennifer Thrift (NPA #5057) of PSI Recruiting in Austin, TX, USA.

Jennifer placed Angela’s candidate, a QC Manager in the Life Sciences Industry in the USA.

Jennifer explains how the deal came about: "This was a textbook NPA placement; I had connected with Brandon Christensen (from Adilstone) back in August and we had some great similarities and I knew he and his company would be great to work with. After Brandon heard about the opening on the Med Devices call in October, he connected me with Angela. She presented the candidate within a few days of getting the request - from there my client put her through a fairly lengthy interview process but she ultimately received an offer. They even offered her 10K higher than what they initially shared with me as their max offer! Her first day was on November 30th and both she and my client are very happy. Thanks Angela and Brandon!"

Brandon added: "It really does show the power of all the pieces of the NPA network. The monthly calls, which enable people to get introduced, subsequent monthly calls to hear about open jobs/opportunities and then a partnership formed to work together for the success of both the client and candidate. When Jennifer and I first connected, we had some many similarities that it was really cool and I knew the same thing that she said,  'I wanted to absolutely work with her'. We are super excited to have our first placement and couldn’t be happier that it is with Jennifer."

This was the perfect recipe for NPA success - proactively reaching out to members in your niche, attending calls to talk about your hot jobs and following-up after the call. Great work, Jennifer, Brandon and Angela!
