Glenn Beauchamp (NPA #8379) of Beacham Group in Perth, Western Australia, has made the firm’s first split placement with Scott Van Heurck (NPA #8014) of Wood Recruitment in Perth, Western Australia. Scott placed Glenn’s candidate, a Graduate Software Developer in the IT Industry in Australia.
Scott explains how the deal came about: "It's great news that Beacham Group and Wood Recruitment have made a split together recently as it is our first together... and not because of a lack in trying. We have been close on a number of occasions but closed a Junior App Developer role recently and smack bang in the middle of the Covid lockdown period which was especially need at a time when jobs were being cancelled. The business is run by a good family friend of mine and is a start-up IT business developing online content for set top boxes in Europe and starting to ramp up nicely. I placed the HR Manager almost at the same time and was made aware that they were putting on developers. A quick call to Glenn at Beacham and we almost had two placements. Glenn handled the client side and I managed the client…. All went very smoothly. Congratulations to Glenn and Beacham Group on their first NPA Split and of course many more…..."
