Eric placed Ashwin’s candidate, a ABAP Programmer in the IT Industry in the USA.
Eric explains how the deal came about: "Ashwin and I have worked together since my firm's start in NPA in 2013. We have come close many times, but this is our actual first placement. It shows that you should never give up, as if you stick with your split colleague resources in NPA then eventually you will make money together."
"My very first candidate submission to Eric resulted in an offer, who backed out at the last minute," Ashwin said. "After that I had a number of candidates interviewed with Eric’s clients and we came close on a few occasions but I guess it wasn’t meant to be. I never lost confidence in Eric and always knew we will be doing a split together and it was just a matter of time. I like working with Eric and I am hoping this is just the first of many more come.
