Gautami Krishnan (NPA #8013) has made her first split placement since joining the staff of Cucumber Consultants in Secunderabad, India.
Gautami provided an Inside Sales Analyst to Lindsey Morgan (NPA #8479) of People Intelligence Recruitment Pty Ltd in North Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Lindsey explains how the deal came about: "People Intelligence won a large global account in the last quarter of 2020, where we were recruiting for salespeople in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and various other APAC countries. As we had been successful across these regions with other NPA partners, we were asked to do sales recruitment in India in the 2nd quarter of 2021. At this stage we were introduced to Gautami as we had previously met both Parvathy and Krishnan at various online conferences and via the Asia monthly calls. Cucumber Consulting have been excellent and very helpful in finding us candidates in India and we were very lucky to make this first placement despite tough recruitment processes with a fussy client.
