Brett Herridge (NPA #8600) of Herrth International in Cheltenham, VIC, Australia, has made the firm’s first split placement with Taufik Arief (NPA #8056) of People Search Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Brett placed Taufik’s candidate, an Office Manager in the Transportation Industry in the Philippines.
Taufik explains how the deal came about: "From my end, it starts when Marcia introduced Brett to me, and informed that he has been actively looking for a role in Manila, Philippine. I just quickly tried to source candidates. It was about more-or-less 2 weeks time from sourcing talents until the client’s recruiter met the candidate, and within few days they hired this talent."
