Ken So (NPA #6097) of HK Tech in South Jordan, UT, USA, has made the firm’s first split placement with Daina Di Veto (NPA #7744) of Card Resource Group in Lynden, ONT, Canada.
Daina placed Ken’s candidate, a Department Support Analyst in the Accounting/Fintech Industry in Canada.
Daina explains how the split came about:"I recently joined the NPA’s inaugural Fintech Group call. One of the other people on the call was Ken So, of HK Consulting. Ken is a brand new member of the NPA. We all introduced ourselves, and after the call, Ken reached out to me to offer to help on our searches. I asked him to find fairly junior risk analysts for a bank in the South West. After a bit of tweaking and explaining, Ken and his team started to send some good candidates. One of their referrals was hired to help with the recruiting process in the risk department, and he started last week. Another of their referrals just accepted an offer from the same bank and will start in September. I’m optimistic than Ken and his team will continue to send us great candidates!"
