John Barron (NPA #7553) has made his first split placement since joining the staff of Stoakley-Stewart Consultants Limited in Mississauga, ONT, Canada.
John provided a Field Supervisor in the Construction Industry, to Jennifer Charron (NPA #7413) of Logic Executive Search and Workforce Solutions in Windsor, ONT, Canada.

John explains how the deal came about: "Having recently returned from the UK, where I was a Senior Recruiter for 5 years, I was getting reacclimatized here at Stoakley-Stewart Consultants when I was introduced to the NPA. It was explained to me by both the firm’s President, Trevor Stewart and my General Manager, Pat Laforet, that we enjoyed a storied past and a long history of success in partnering with the NPA and its various members over many decades. Encouraged by these tales and true stories, I looked into the NPA and was excited by the diverse industries and geographies represented, not to mention the sheer number of interesting and valuable jobs being advertised.
"One name that immediately jumped out at me was that of Jennifer Charron with Logic Executive Search. She boasted a great many job orders that were specific to my interests and verticals in manufacturing and operations. Intrigued and optimistic, I reached out to Jennifer to learn more and to see if my expertise might be of service to her and her clients. Jennifer was receptive, helpful and delightful to speak with as she ramped me up on her how the NPA’s processes worked and what the keys to success were in partnering with firms like hers through the NPA specifically. And so I embarked on a new journey, supporting her on a few of her job orders with candidate sourcing and I was able to help make my first NPA placement in relatively short order. I duplicated this early success with a successive NPA placement just a week later, both with Jennifer and Logic Executive Search, all thanks to the NPA. The start of a beautiful friendship, I have been supporting Jennifer with her NPA orders ever since.
"We have found our foundation for success to be one built upon excellent and frequent communication, mutual professional respect and admiration, and combined with her stellar client relationships. All of this made possible thanks to the NPA and its principles of true collaboration and shared success."

Great job being proactive and reaching out to fellow members, John! And big props to Jennifer for helping explain how she found success in NPA. A great partnership is all about building that relationship and setting expectations from the beginning. Nice work, and here's to many more splits together!
