Kevin Weatherly (NPA #5005) has made his first split placement since joining the staff of Jane Roberts Consulting, LLC in Orange, TX, USA.
Kevin placed a Master Production Scheduler in the Logistics/Distribution/Wholesale Industry, provided by Das Menon (NPA #3865) of Kites Consulting in Dublin, OH, USA.
Kevin explains how the deal came about: "Das and myself met via NPA Matchmaker, exactly the way it's designed to work. After posting a new role for a new client in Matchmaker, Das was one of the first NPA partners to reach out with assistance. We began communicating via email and have since had several phone calls to further discuss this role and the candidates being submitted, as well as other roles we're working to fill. Through out the process, Das provided qualified candidates with several making it through the interview process in consideration for the role. But is was actually the first candidate he submitted, that ended up being the right fit for our client. His work in locating and quickly sharing strong candidates, was essential in getting the role filled quickly, which created more work from our client! Being new in the recruiting business and this being my first split placement, I greatly appreciate Das and NPA’s assistance in filling this role.
