Luis Alvarez (NPA #8377) has made his first split placement since joining the staff of MCR International in Madrid, Spain.
Luis provided a Global Business Development Manager to Andria Case (NPA #7744) of Card Resource Group Inc. in Lynden, ONT, Canada.

Andria explains how the deal came about: "We were working with a global fintech that facilitates eCommerce payments between Latin America and the rest of the world.  They are headquartered in Brazil, and we were working with them to place Hunter Sales Executives within the U.S.  They then asked us if we could find them a Global Business Development Manager, on the ground, in either Spain or Portugal. We reached out to Marcia Bateman, who as always, steered us in the direction of some NPA affiliates who could help us.

"Luis Alvarez at MCR International in Spain responded immediately to my request for help and we scheduled a Zoom meeting with two of his team, Ana Soto and Maria Isturiz, to discuss the position.  They were eager to start working on it.  They were very open to having a Zoom meeting with our client in Brazil, and to deal directly with our client in referring qualified candidates. They were successful in finding a Global Business Development Manager in Spain and they closed the deal.

"Our client is happy, and we are happy to do our first split with MCR International.  They were a great firm to work with, keeping us up-to-date on their efforts, letting us know who they were referring, following up with us with candidate and client feedback on interviews.  We would not have been able to make this placement without them.  Due to MCR International taking the reins and dealing directly with our client, we chose to give them a bigger portion of the placement fee than the standard 50/50 split.  We look forward to making more splits with them."

What a perfect example of how you can rely on your NPA partners with "feet on the ground" in another country to help fill your clients' international assignments. Great teamwork, MCR and Card Resource Group!
