Lynne Francey (NPA #1396) of Lynne Francey & Associates LLC in Schenectady, NY, USA has made the firm’s first split placement with John Basar (NPA #5079) of HC-Resource in Denver, CO, USA.
Lynne placed John’s candidate, a Dean of Nursing in the Healthcare industry in the US.

John explains how the deal came about: "Lynne and myself began working together late last year, mostly working on Lynne’s Physician listings with minimal success. After many conversations and building our relationship, we had a big break when Lynne brought on a big client in Minnesota. The HC-Resource team had some luck on those getting some qualified candidates over, and then Lynne put a Dean of Nursing position up. The Healthcare team and I immediately jumped on it and quickly got great traction with our candidates. The final two candidates were both from HC-Resource actually! It took me and the team a lot of communication with Lynne (who’s great at being available to speak on the phone or communicate through email) as well as with the candidate to take this across the finish line. However, the better the candidate and recruiter partnership, the easier it is to make a big placement like this one. It has been easy and smooth process for this placement and so glad we could get this one with Lynne! To many more!"

Lynne added: "As John indicated,  we have developed a very rewarding partnership these past few months which has culminated in a significant placement and what we all feel will continue to be a very productive and successful relationship.  The HC-Resource team are very professional, have a great work ethic, have a sense of urgency and put their candidates and my clients first;  all of which have been very important to me over the last 30 years of recruitment while I have been in business. I am very happy with NPA and I look forward to many more placements with its members."

This is a perfect example of a great partnership - clear and constant communication and feedback, and treating your partners as you would your best client! Great work John & Lynne... here's to many more splits together!
