Nathan Gruen (NPA #4053) has made his first split placement since joining the staff of Gruen Search Consultants, Inc. in Greenfield, IL, USA.
Nathan placed a Customer Service Specialist in the Consumer Products Industry, provided by Das Menon (NPA #3865) of Kites Consulting in Dublin, OH, USA.
Nathan explains how the deal came about: "I received an opening from one of our clients in NJ for a position on the fringe of our specialization. We didn’t have a large contact pool so I posted the position on NPA to see if anyone there could find possible candidates. Das called me to get additional details and then sent me 3 people that were on target for the position. I called each of them to follow up and walked the candidates through the process while keeping Das up to speed. It went very smoothly and I’m hoping that NPA will continue to connect us with people like Das that will help us meet the needs of our clients."
