Pablo Alvarez Lopez (NPA #8377) has made his first split placement since joining the staff of MCR International in Madrid, Spain.
Pablo provided a Regulatory Specialist in the Agriculture Industry, to Jessica Miles (NPA #7026) of Goldbeck Recruiting in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Jessica explains how the deal came about: "We found Pablo by searching on the NPA website for our client’s requirements. Our client, a successful manufacturer of organic plant products sold to commercial clients and retailers across the world, was looking for someone working in a regulatory role for a fertilizer company, ideally located in Spain with extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework in regards to fertilizers. Our client’s fertilizer products are sold in 27 countries, and a lot of their business is in Spain, but they struggle with understanding the nuances of international regulations. Things are very complex in Europe."

Pablo added: "Jessica got in contact with us regarding the process with their client by email, we got a call to discuss about the role, responsibilities, and so on, and we started working on it. After a few days of direct search, and many interviews, we found a very good candidate, that was shared with Jessica and her team. They shared the profile of the candidate with their client, and after a few interviews, and some research about how to hire her (Canadian company hiring someone in Spain), they made and offer to our candidate, that was accepted by her. She resigned to her company, and she is now quite happy in her current new role."

This is a great example of how to utilize the NPA network and find an international partner to help with your client's global roles! Nice work, Jessica and Pablo!
