Trish placed Sandra’s candidate, a National Workplace Health & Safety professional in the Construction Industry in Australia.
Sandra and Trish met at the Sydney NPA Conference (Sandra's first NPA event), and they continued to network after that. Sandra explains how this deal came about:
"At the NPA catch-up in September, Trish mentioned a new job had landed on her desk for a WH&S Manager in the construction industry. One of my connections is on the Construction Industry WH&S committee, so I offered to network with him for referrals, as Trish’s job had already been advertised by the client and they had not successfully placed. That connection was interested in the role and from there it was just a matter of Trish doing the introduction to the client."
"We are both really excited to complete our first split in the NPA and have formed a great working relationship," Sandra said.
