Rebecca Lucas (NPA #4028) has made her first split placement since joining the staff of CPG Talent Management LLC in Elmhurst, IL, USA. Rebecca placed a Director of Health & Safety, provided by Mike Starodub (NPA #7417) of theStarPowerCorp in Winnipeg, MB, Canada.
Rebecca explains how the deal came about: "I received an exclusive job order for a Director, Health & Safety where I worked directly with the SVP, Manufacturing and VP, HR. Mike sent me a message inquiring about the status of the role and wanting to gain more insight. We had a call where I shared the company, structure, culture, and scope of the role. Within one week he sent me his first candidate. We were working together on a couple of roles, and I could tell Mike did thorough screens and sent over detailed overviews of each candidate including how their experience matched the profile, their compensation expectations and anything that jumped out about their background. Our communication was very fluent as I kept him updated on the status. The interview process went smooth, and we had a successful hire. I look forward to partnering with Mike again!"
Rebecca added: "Since joining in March I’ve filled 10 of my 11 roles on my own, with this being my only split. While I’ve been able to fill the roles, I’m hoping to have more connections for assistance. I’m getting four more roles later this week and hoping to have more splits."
