"Our 'meeting' came about from when Roxayne reached out to my Managing Director for assistance with a role for her client," Ross said. "I had interviewed a candidate the previous month that sounded like a great fit for the role, and so I called Roxayne and she gave me great details about the type of person the client was seeking and what was involved in the role, and I thought it seemed like a great match. My candidate was interviewed quickly and the client was really pleased and offered a few days later. I was really pleased, as I really liked the candidate but we didn't have any roles that were right for her so it was fantastic to be able to help her find a great role."
