Laurie explains how the deal came about: "I met Catherine and Lindsey from People Intelligence when I re-joined (after a 7-year hiatus) the NPA in July 2020. We met on a zoom owner meeting and then I reached out to them. From the day I met Catherine and Lindsey, I experienced their professionalism and willingness to help out and to deliver! I made my first placement with Catherine for a hard to fill role within a Fintech start-up about a month ago. This role was difficult in that it required a diverse set of skills and specific industry experience. Catherine was quick in matching an excellent candidate for this role. My client was bowled over when he met with Catherine’s candidate who was a real standout. Feedback from both client and candidate (post placement) is extremely good- a great match! When Catherine refers candidates, they are quality, well vetted and each resume comes with in-depth interview notes and observations. We are currently working on a number of other roles and hope to have more splits soon. People Intelligence in my mind is a valuable NPA partner and come highly recommended!"
Catherine added: "It's been great working with Laurie, we have made one placement but are currently working on several roles together so hopefully it will be the first of many. Despite Covid, we've been able to catch up face to face which was helpful too. Laurie contacted me about the role with his client and I was able to source a candidate that I thought would be perfect for the role, he had both the skills and industry experience the client had hoped to get. After a couple of interviews and a lot of communication between Laurie and myself we successfully placed the candidate in his dream job. Feedback from the client has been great as well!
