This was also Amir's first placement through the network. Chris placed Amir's candidate, a MEP Technology Consultant in the Architectural / Engineering / Design Services Industry in the USA.
Chris explains how the deal came about: "One of my top clients sent me a new job order for their New York office and indicated it was an urgent need but also a very challenging position to fill. I knew they had scoured the local NY area so I figured if I was going to have success I’d have to look for candidates outside of the New York area as well as leverage additional recruiting professionals within NPA. In early August, I posted a position on Matchmaker for a BIM Specialist and immediately heard from Amir at Allied Global Services. After a brief discussion, he quickly sent over a candidate from Texas. Within 48 hours, I had submitted him to my client, thinking he could be a good fit. My client made him an offer, and he started relocated and started employment on October 8. This was a true win-win-win as I felt great for having had success using the NPA network, for helping a great individual find a permanent position in New York (it was his dream to move to the Big Apple), and supporting a terrific client with their critical position. Since that time, my client has provided several additional job orders!"
