Laura explains how the deal came about: "Mike noticed my role posted on Matchmaker, and reached out with a candidate. The candidate cruised through the interview process but had originally turned down this generous offer to accept another offer that came in moments before.
"Thanks to the pandemic, that candidate decided to quit his other job once they required Covid vaccinations for all lab employees. He returned to my client and asked for the job, and they were happy to provide it to him. He eventually had to get the vaccine anyway, as it is a requirement for the facility, and he acquiesced.
"We're happy to celebrate the fact that he's been working past his guarantee, and is now the hiring manager for many additional roles that I also have posted on Matchmaker!!!"
