Saurabh Shah (NPA #8528) of United HR Solutions Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad, India, has made the firm’s first split placement with Sarah Perrott (NPA #8455) of Cresco Consulting in London, U.K. Sarah placed Saurabh’s candidate, a Director Global Customer Quality in the Human Resources Industry in the U.K.
Sarah explains how the deal came about: "I was working on a challenging role for a Director of Global Customer Quality based in Kenya. I have worked with United HR Solutions previously and had enjoyed the persistence shown and calibre of candidates shared. I met Saurabh and Nisha on an EMEA NPA call and we connected directly afterwards. Saurabh sourced a couple of very strong candidates for this role. I am delighted to say that one of them was successful and even in a global pandemic relocated from India to East Africa to resume this Director level position."
Nisha added: "United HR is more of an exporter, and Africa is a territory where we have worked most. In NPA meetings whenever we mentioned our USP of catering to the African market, we were told that Sarah will be the right partner for us. Hence we found her through NPA meetings and worked on a number of projects, and eventually, this one turned out to be a success... Our first one after 2 and a half years of joining NPA.
