Congratulations to Danica Keravica of KaB Executive Search Consultants (#7419) on making her first split placement with Jim Gettys of International Staffing Consultants (#6674). Danica placed Jim's candidate, a landscape manager, with a hospitality client in Florida.
According to Danica, "KaB Executive Search International specializes in recruitment for hospitality, almost exclusively for luxury resorts and hotels in the Caribbean. Thankfully, the pandemic has not been as cruel to the industry in this part of the world. This past year, one of our clients asked us to find a landscape manager. The resort is huge, the team is comprised primarily of locals, and the demands are great. We put out the call to NPA for assistance with this position, and we were happy to receive a candidate lead from James Gettys at International Staffing Consultants. The candidate was interviewed, and was quickly offered the role. She started on Monday, November 15!"
