Oliver shared, "We joined NPA only about 1-2 months ago and did a kick-off call with Kelsea Dodd, who suggested a few NPA members she could refer us to. Michelle Becker was one of those for our corporate paralegal opening. The client was actually a former employer of mine where I have maintained a friendship with the internal executive recruiter. The client is in no way an easy sell to candidates due to a rocky history as an organization, but Michelle did an amazing job submitting two strong candidates. An offer was extended to the top pick and that candidate declined. An offer was then extended to the second pick and that candidate accepted."
Michelle added, "I’m not exactly sure who referred Oliver to me, but regardless he contacted me about a corporate paralegal opening he had with one of his clients. If I remember correctly, Oliver mentioned he had worked it and had some people interview but they ended up getting rejected. I spent several days on the search and came up with three candidates. It was a quick search and would love to work on more openings with Oliver and his clients!"
