Jarrod explains how the deal came about: "I met Daryl through another site 3-4 years ago and we have been working on and off now for that time, but especially over the last 2 years. Daryl is a professional that presents well-qualified candidates, and we have a good working relationship. For this one, I have several openings for Respiratory Therapists. As usual, Daryl submitted a great candidate that initially was supposed to start work at the end of September. When he did not show up, I figured that the candidate had ghosted us. Daryl ran him down and we found out the candidate had renegotiated to start 11/9/23.
