Congratulations to Gabriel Proctor of Title Tech Staffing Agency (#7419) on making his firm's first split placement with Daina DiVeto of Card Resource Group (#7744). Gabriel supplied the candidate, a senior project manager, for Daina's client.

Gabriel offered the following background, "I received a Job Alert for a few positions on NPA. One of them was for a senior project manager in a field I was not that familiar with, but wanted to give it a shot. I emailed the job to Daina and she did her research on me by reviewing my LinkedIn profile and calling me the day after Canadian Thanksgiving with great energy and provided me with all the information that I would need to find a good fit for a fee-eligible candidate (previous titles held, where this client preferred them to be recruited from, etc.) She also provided me with a candidate that she previously placed in that company to show me what a good example was. After using these tools she provided me I was able to come back to her with the ideal candidate and from there Daina took control of the wheel and prepped this candidate into what is now her new position. Good teamwork is what sums up this placement!"

Daina added, "Gabriel contacted me on October 12th to ask about a search we’d posted on Matchmaker. It was the first time I’d ever spoken to him. He seemed to know his stuff.

On October 14th, he sent me a single candidate. Along with her résumé, he provided me with her salary, her availability, and his impressions – all in a brief summary. 

On October 28th, my client interviewed Gabriel’s candidate. On November 5th, they offered her a job. She started her new job immediately after Thanksgiving. On December 7th, she called to tell me it is going great.

You’ve got to love a recruiter who selectively submits candidates who fit the specs. After all, there is no better ratio than one hire from one referral!"
