Eric Vega (NPA #6079) of Vegamon Staffing Solutions in Glendale, AZ, USA, has made the firm’s first split placement with Rio Montoya (NPA #6656) of Professional Recruiters in Sandy, UT, USA. Rio placed Eric’s candidate, a Implementation Coordinator II in the Software Industry in the US.
Eric explains how the deal came about: "I first became aware of Rio Montoya after joining the network and seeing her name while browsing through some IT opportunities on Matchmaker. When Rio and I started collaborating, I could tell right away that I was going to be working with her on multiple future placements. After sending her a few candidates and getting some interviews going, we sent one of my candidates to one of her software development clients for a traveling Senior Implementation Manager opening. The interview process went relatively smoothly and the candidate accepted the offer over several other opportunities. Rio was proactive and kept me in the loop with her client at every step. I am thrilled to have such a great partner in Rio at Professional Recruiters, and am thankful to NPA for providing the opportunity for us to work together!"

Rio added: "Eric is the consummate professional and so easy to work with. He is always there to facilitate the process and no matter what you ask, he is extremely knowledgeable on a multitude of subjects. He has a gift for finding very strong talent and doing so quickly. He is an outstanding communicator, fun to work with and I can count on him. I am so happy to close our first deal together! Here’s to MANY, many more!"

Great teamwork, Eric and Rio! This is what the engagement team means by the importance of visibility (posting jobs, attending calls, etc). The reason Eric sought out Rio is because he saw her name while browsing through IT job postings... if you aren't posting, you aren't getting seen!
