I can't figure out how to participate in Practice Group calls OR get them added to my email calendar. Help!

With the rollout of the new NPA Central in August, we had an opportunity to fix some processes that required a lot of manual intervention from NPAworldwide staff with a high risk of error due to onerous list management, time zone adjustments, and Daylight Saving Time offsets. It was not sustainable to continue on that path as the number of global calls continues to increase. The new site allows us to create and send automated reminders, but members must register for a call in order to get these reminders. The event system does not currently create an event within your email calendar, but you can easily do that via your confirmation email - and set it up as a recurring event at the same time.
To register for an event:
Log in to NPA Central here: https://admin.membernova.com/305566/Dashboard/List
From your Dashboard, click the appropriate event title from the Upcoming Events dashlet, or select All Events and then click on your desired event.
Click the orange Register button in the upper right of the screen
Select the number of tickets you need and click Proceed to Checkout
Fill in any required form fields and click Place Order
Now that you are registered, you may *also* want to create an item that saves directly on your email calendar. Here are a couple of options:
From the onscreen confirmation message, click the link that says "click here to view the online event" and then click the orange calendar icon under the event title
Outlook users can right-click on the confirmation and select Quick Steps>Create an Appointment to save it to your calendar. You can set a reminder and even make it a recurring event if you'd like
Gmail users can open the email, then click the More (3 dots) option above the email and select Create Event
The NPA Central calendar does not currently allow for the creation of recurring events directly on the website, so you will need to register for each call you plan to attend if you want to receive the automated reminders. Please be sure to add @membernova.email as a safe sender within your email client to ensure the reminder messages don't get diverted to your spam/junk folder.
