I am pleased to announce that Ross Wolfson, owner of JRA Consulting Services (NPA 4062) has been appointed as the new Cross Industry Functions Practice Group Leader. Ross and JRA joined NPA in July 2020 and he has been an active participant in practice groups calls, engaging with partners and split placement activity.
Ross began his recruiting career in the chemical, pharma, coatings and polymers industries. From there he became a manager in engineering, manufacturing and supply chain areas. With a partner, he started his first search firm (a Sanford Rose franchise) in 1982 and recruited in chemical, engineering and manufacturing markets. Ross opened JRA in 1997 after starting an hourly driven retained recruiting firm, RTA. He conducts searches mainly in the HR field, both permanent and contract.
